Oil for browning (per pound of roast beef) beef pieces or ground beef (for kosher style) 2 large onions, sliced or diced per preference 2 pounds sliced mushrooms 1 pkg pesto/tomato sauce 1 can tomato/mushroom sauce PAREVE 1/2 can water 2 tsp minced garlic
Brown the onion and mushroom, add beef, seasonings, and tomato sauce. Simmer until done and warm - serve over a bed of steamed rice. Easy for Shabbat
