We were turned down on the refinance due to the missing engineering report on this mobile home. The sellers never fastened the house down as per real estate law prescribed and side stepped it and thus no report possible. Have no idea of where we will go after this. I am planning on hanging till the end of the month at least so I can gather some checks for money for we are now flat broke. Pray for God to guide us.
