Shalom everyone, I have been pretty quiet recently and I wanted to say it is because I seem to have too much on my plate to deal with, I recently have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and of course the doctor prescribed Metformin which I had a severe reaction to then a seciond med which actually elevated my blood sugar all in all it has made me feel p0retty bad so ZI wen t back once again to natural answers first was chromium picolnate but not enough bang and so I read cinnamon with it so I added that sugar rose 24 points to nearly 300. I went with Momordica what a mistake yet. then I went to GTF Chromium sugar fell to 180 to 200 I also since the onset of the diabetes lost my appetite and hardly eat. 2 eggs with a slice of cheese for breakfast if I eat lunch it is low sugar yogurt then dinner if I eat is what my wife prepares. No candy no cakes no donuts never drank soda no regular sugar sweet n low only I drink coffee in morning and ice water then bulk of the day and two glasses of real lemon juice and water at night. I now am using Alpha Lipoic Acid and Inisitol and choline combo and my sugar is between 160 to 182. I am feeling better but want to get the sugar lower say to 100. My ticker is not so good either I survived two heart attacks and a enlarged heart. Say a prayer for Go0d to give me guidence.
